Five years ago, the guy Josephine "Jo" had a crush on, her best friend, ghosted her at their graduation.

House sitting for her parents should have been a weekend away, watching movies, eating the food in her parents refrigerator, and avoiding a blind date set up by her roommate. She never imagined she'd awaken to someone breaking in!

Aer, her crush and he needed her help. His brother had been kidnapped. The latest in a long list of disapperances. He can't get near enough to where his brother is held without getting grabbed himself.

Aerandir, isn't human. He's Rikashi. A dragon shifter. Forbidden by the laws of his people to reveal himself to humans. But, he has no choice but to go to Jo and ask for her help, even though it will mean putting her in danger and walking away once they rescue his brother. The hard part for Aer, isn't rescuing his brother, it is walking away again from Jo.

It's not a scientist or the government kidnapping Rikashi. He's a Rikashi too. Mr. Creepy, as Jo calls him, also has eggs. Great Dragon eggs.
