Brody's Return

It had been two years since Meg Butler had looked at a man. They no longer held her interest. Meg wasn't interested in falling in love again. The damage done by her ex-husband ran deep. He'd taken her confidence and shattered it to hell, and she was sure she'd never be the same again.

That was until one hot as hell man walked into the café where Meg was working. Meg's breath was forced right out of her lungs, her voice all but gone.

Meg was in shock. For the first time in a long time, things felt alive. She felt alive, in fact, every part of her felt alive, especially the girly bits that had been dormant for so long they were covered in cobwebs, and what Meg wouldn't give to have this man blow those cobwebs away. Love and the happy ever after might be out of her reach, but there was nothing wrong with a little bit of lust filled fun. Was there?

Brody looked around the town and thought that it felt good to be home. It felt right. He knew this from the moment he drove past the sign announcing his arrival in Redbill Cove. The one thing Brody didn't count on was the woman working in Pip's café. It had been two years since his lying cheating fiance had blown his heart into a million pieces, and Brody hadn't been tempted by a woman since.

Until now. From the minute he laid eyes on Meg, he knew she was going to be his.

Hell it was good to be home.
