Amaru is a proactive developer who has chosen to enter the Informal Property Management Company (EGII) sector. He now wishes to market his project for a Limited Liability Property Management Company in order to gain recognition for his talent and professionalism in administration. The project proposes to offer property management services on behalf of members of the Diaspora on the one hand. And, on the other hand, local people who don't have the time or the means to pay a professional real estate broker. Sales will be facilitated by a marketing strategy emphasizing price flexibility for fair pricing according to risk.
