The region of Wiloe was once the richest of the four trade regions in Chandra, but hard times and management by the trade houses have caused an economic downturn. The most important houses in the region are constantly at each other's throats trying to outmaneuver one another through nefarious means. As the prince attempts to create unity among them his daughter is abducted by a sinister mage threatening to bring Wiloe down completely.
