Written by American revolutionary Thomas Paine, The age of reason categorically describes religions should not come to political power and Bible should be taken as just a literature work. While the author's other pamphlets were understandable only by educated elite, this piece of work has been presented by the author which can reach mass audience. By writing in an engaging and irrelevant style the author has inspired and guided many free thinkers.

The American Crisis is a collection of articles written by Thomas Paine during the American Revolutionary War. In 1776 Paine wrote Common Sense, an extremely popular and successful pamphlet arguing for Independence from England.
