CRISPR-Cas system based diagnosis of infectious diseases

Since its discovery as a part of the bacterial defense mechanism, the Nobel Prize-winning technology CRISPR-Cas system has revolutionized the fields of genome editing and genetic engineering. Additionally, the book also discusses Monoclonal Antibodies, which have revolutionized the treatment for cancer, arthritis, autoimmune diseases, etc. This book also talks about various strategies to isolate monoclonal antibodies from the COVID-19 recovered people and different ways to engineer these antibodies using hybridoma technology.
