This book was very hard to write, yet very purifying as well. When I first started writing, 8yrs ago as a blog, my mom was still here. Though my mind and feelings were different, I had to shift with the seasons. I had to respect the feelings and I had to own every bit of the emotions. I became to understand the reason WHY I needed to keep moving and to keep being strong. This book is not only for me and my mom, but for all the men and women who have experienced cancer with a loved one. You are not alone. I pray my book will help you to understand that it's ok to show love even when you feel like you have to be strong. It's ok to talk about how you really feel. It's ok to ask for help. It's ok to pray in the mist of your difficult time and to learn how to trust God with your situation...and to know that he will take care of your loved one. I pray my book helps millions of people across the nation.
