Captured --The Stanley Camera is a Scripted Radio Play:
Around 1882, Francis Stanley (who became known for the Stanley Steamer and the historic Stanley Hotel) began experimenting with photography and becomes extremely passionate about the subject. After his brother Freelan's factory burned down, Francis suggested that they work together on the creation of a new idea he had for a photographic product. In 1885, Francis and Freelan established the Stanley Dry Plate Company in Lewiston, Maine. A year after having great success with the new endeavor, the brothers began working on a highly secret project, that for the Stanley brothers and two of their assistants ended with having horrifying and dangerous results.
