Quoting Texts he made a sincere attempt to remove, hitherto held, misconstruction, misconception and misleading notion, among a section of scholars of religious seminaries and also general people, about the scope of using the wealth of Zakah and Waqf. The author strongly upholds that the resources of Zakah and Waqf could be utilized irrespective of faith.
