Cleaver McBeaver is the lovely, rhyming tale of an inventive and young Scottish Beaver. As a little boy in a small town, Cleaver loses his home and family to a treacherous tornado. In the process of rebuilding his life and hoping to reconnect to his past, he becomes a famous hot-shot lumberjack. Cleaver proves himself a survivor. After witnessing Cleaver's tree cutting prowess, an oblivious yet near-sighted foreman of a local logging team confuses him for a stout human logger. Cleaver so impresses the foreman, that he becomes the new team, but after awhile he dreams of changing his vocation.
