Traditionally Huazontle is used solely for one dish. "That IS how you serve it" my mother-in-law informed me in a voice that left no room for discussion. I took that as a challenge ;)
I'm all for preserving traditional recipes but I don't think it should stop anyone from inventing new ones - so I did.
