This is the story of my journey through Mental Illness, my "Nut Bar" Autobiography if you like. I have been admitted to psychiatric hospitals nineteen or twenty times and what follows is the story of my life in that period. I have not been back to the psych wards for 15 years now and today I find myself a respected and responsible member of my community living Off the Grid in Northern Canada.
