The perspectives shared are supported by stories of real-life experiences of the author and his professional colleagues. The book provides an overview of the continuum of management challenges, from determining the right pathway for successful career entry and progression, to the process of analytic decision-making, to understanding and successfully influencing disparate groups, to navigating new and unfamiliar work environments.
