Every serious business person places great value on his or her customers. Why? Because they are great assets. What is an asset? Asset is somebody or something useful and contributes to the success of something. Assets are valuable things. So customers are value and valuables that add value to you, your product(s) and or service(s) success. Valuing or placing value on your customer is not stupidity but not doing so is.
