Daily Spiritual Tools, Learning to Trust

For all of us, trust is a very deep and basic need. We all encounter disappointment and hurt in many different ways throughout our lives that make trusting others difficult sometimes. We are misunderstood, mistreated or abused, and in these moments a piece of our heart shuts down, making us more wary and guarded in the future. These situations are part of a human experience that unerringly provides just the experience we need to discover the light within ourselves, and ultimately serve our best interest. But in the moment it hurts, and as we carry the pain forward into other life situations, we become closed off from the wisdom that knows every experience as a sacred part of remembering who we really are.

By learning to trust in yourself and the universe, you open up the world around you and begin to see it clearly, the right and perfect path for your journey. You are able to remember that all circumstances are divinely guided and meant for good. In Learning How to Trust I share my own personal ideas and offer some strategies or "tools" that may be useful to you on your own spiritual journey.
