For most 11 year-old kids almost any toy that catches their eye has the possibility of becoming on their immediate wish list and for Jillian Coleman it was a shiny new metallic bike in Mr. McDonald's shop around the corner that did the trick. Jillian's impatience to wait for the bike on Christmas morning was too much during her summer break, leading her to drastic measures to take on the responsibility of a paper route on Damien Avenue to afford the new toy months before the holiday. It doesn't take long before the little girl's ability to hide the weird things she sees along her route to add up and push her past the edge of her own beliefs in reality. Jillian's about to find out that hard work doesn't always pay off.
