CIA agent Tom Parker and Army Brigadier General Jack Hayes are set on a twisting and turning
course throughout the world in an effort to capture or kill Dr. al-Sadr -- al-Qaeda's number three man.

Al-Sadr's latest plan to bring death to Americans is by shipping biological or chemical weapons
into America using containers from the Far East. He plans to introduce these deadly materials into
America's water supply. Al-Sadr has been on the CIA's most wanted list for more than twenty years and is one of al-Qaeda's master planners of terrorism. When his latest plot goes awry, he orchestrates a new
deadly plan against America.

Following the trail of al-Sadr to Hong Kong, Tom Parker meets and falls in love with Jenny Lu,
Hong Kong's director of port security and a billionaire Chinese widow. Jenny Lu is beautiful, rich,
headstrong, and worse yet, a lawyer who doesn't know the meaning of the words "no" or "can't." She
has been a widow for a long time and has no intentions of losing her new love, no matter what that
means!

Tom and Jack's hunt for al-Sadr eventually leads them to Los Angeles, where al-Sadr is secretly
devising his new terrorist plot -- one that United States security forces may be incapable of stopping.
