This is a delightful story about Daniel's search for his grown-up job. Daniel wants to be just like his mom and dad. Daniel unexpectedly gets assistance from Frankie, a superpower dog from Heaven. Frankie's job in Heaven is to help humans on Earth rescue animals and find them forever homes. Daniel and Frankie rescue Clyde and Mittens while also encouraging Joe to walk.
