It took all of thirty years to push out this collection of short stories and a play tagged "a collage of faction - the imaginative deconstruction of real life experiences".
Though Demolition Squad is a work of fiction, the high dosage of facts, real life situations and characters depicted exemplify the dynamics of the contrived literary form cryptically called 'faction'. Stories are wrapped around incidents witnessed by the writer or motivated by his emotional attachments.
These stories make for quick reading, and should resonate with today's adults who were once children of the 70s and 80s. We also hope that younger readers can also relate with the scenarios and sensations contained in the seven stories, and a play.
