This book is the second book about fatigue and pain by Patrick Van Eeghem. Following his first book, which handles the mechanisms and causes of a medical unexplained fatigue, the second book discuss his therapies. Every therapy must be effective and may not be harmfull, especially for the patient with chronic fatigue. The intolerance to a drug is not only related to the drug itself but also to the greater sensitivity of these patients for the adverse reactions of drugs. Therefore, prescribing a therapy to a chronically fatigued patient is not a simple task for a physician. The book is meant for physicians but even more so for patients for who it can be a helpfull. It gives an overview of the 'soft' therapies prescribed by the author for patients with fatigue and pain. The different health problems in a patient with fatigue and pain are discussed. These are: adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, food intolerances, sleep disorders, pain, multiple chemical sensitivity, electromagnetic hypersensivity and the highly sensitive person.
