Don't Play With the Aliens Book I

Arlo Tuck, a scavenger and seller of nonterrestrial artifacts, believes a planet where life was destroyed by a natural disaster will provide enough finds to make him wealthy for life. While approaching what he believes to be the remnant of a structure beneath the planet's devastated surface, Arlo is caught in a massive storm and washed into an underground complex. His presence in the complex causes its control system to awaken the leaders of a group of survivors from a 50,000-year stasis. They are Hedra and Mok, a female and male of the anthropomorphic species called the Khyrondratta. The Khyrondratta live as empathic opposite-sex pairs that need each others' bioenergy to survive. Clothing is unknown in their society. They have sex once every 20 years to produce offspring. Arlo is about to change things.
