Ron had been sleeping with her, and he was still having sex with me- I couldn't say that because he had been fucking her, that our sex life had changed for the worse. She was apparently just a little bonus, a little dish on the side to slake his appetite when he was supposed to be at work.
If he can get a little extra, so can I. But that doesn't mean I am still not angry with him.
Right now, the last thing I wanted was to have sex with my husband. Even if I was going to accept that he had cheated- and worse, he had gotten this stranger pregnant- that did not mean that I was going to be giving myself physically to him anytime in the near future. No, the last thing I wanted right now was for his cock to come anywhere near me, or for his hands to be touching me.
You are going to have to have sex with him again, Ellen, if you want to stay married to him.
Once I make a decision, I have always been firm in sticking to it. Three decades at a grocery story testified to that fact.
Are you even going to tell him?
I was certain that this woman was going to get ahold of Ron, but the fact that she was calling our house phone told me that she was running out of ways to contact him. Either she did not have his cell phone number, or more likely, he was trying his best not to speak to her for whatever reason. If they were still having an ongoing affair, than I doubted that he would be ignoring her. Men generally don't cut off affairs, at least from what I know, unless the woman they were sleeping with was either close to telling their wife, or she herself was married to someone else.
She didn't say anything about having her own husband.
Really, I knew absolutely nothing about this woman- maybe she was married, maybe she wasn't. After all, it wasn't like she was going to tell me, of all people.
Of course not- nobody likes it when the shoe is on the other foot.
All of the considerations aside, the first thing I needed to do was to get my revenge. I would deal with Ron, and think of how I was going to accept the fact that our marriage had changed forever- or the possibility that he now had a kid with someone else- later. Today, though, I was going to fuck someone else, and that was the priority.
Back when I had done my running around, the Internet had already become part of life, but it was nothing like what it has turned into since the turn of the century. Yes, there were some dating sites, but there was no Facebook, no cell phones with Internet service, and none of the apps that make it possible for people in even the smallest towns to find whatever sexual action they are looking for. That was why I had to do the old fashioned bar thing, the system that had worked for how many centuries before the modern world came crashing in.
Do I really want to drive all the way to Fargo?
First of all, I did have to be at work in about four hours. A two hour drive each way was not feasible, and I was not going to throw away a day's worth of pay, no matter how much I needed to fuck someone. While I could easily take the time off and get paid for it, the holidays were coming up soon. The kids would be coming home for Christmas, and I didn't want to have to work on one of the rare times when I get to see my kids. No, driving to Fargo was not a realistic idea.
I want to do this now- I don't want to wait.
