Management makes us aware of our potentials, shows the ways toward better accomplishment, reduces obstacles, and causes us to achieve goals that we probably would not otherwise attain . Commonsense suggests that for our self-interest we know something about management. And certainly it is to be reckoned with in most actions we propose to affect others. The ad hoc and fragmented approaches, some of them working simultaneously at cross purposes, are not going to solve the problem of management and behavioural sciences.
