The book is a collection of certain ideas and principles about oppression and slavery and how you as a person or nation can mitigate it. The points that have been made in this book and even the idea to write the book itself is inspired by very personal experiences and patterns noted through key observations made in my life so far.
To further enrich the book real life historical examples as well as anecdotesthat I have formulated have been added. However principally speaking it is not a historical book or a memoir. It is an interesting read that can free you from and make you avoid unhealthy subjugation and all the agony and loss that comes with it.
