Escape into His Arms: A Ddlg Romance

Escape into his Arms is an endearing and recognizable romance novel. A swoon-worthy story in which two people from very different generations and very different walks of live learn to love each other. Harper, a social media starlet that's trying to escape unwanted attention, falls in love with Benjamin, an off the grid organic farmer who is significantly older.

Harper is a famous fashion and lifestyle guru on YouTube and Twitter. Her ex-boyfriend tricks her into making a sex tape and releases that tape online. Consequently not only her social media emporium but her entire life seems to fall apart. In order to escape all the hate and the drama she runs away from the city and visits Benjamin's farm for a few days.

Benjamin is an old family friend that used to be a psychiatrist and a hypnotherapist, He was fed up with the rat race and moved away from the city to become an organic farmer. Harper and Benjamin seemed to have very little in common and they can't stand each other.

However Benjamin is very caring by nature and he takes on the role of Harper's protector. When she's having a panic attack he uses his hypnotherapist skills to calm her down.

Harper likes this a lot, and she starts faking panic attacks to coax out this caring side of Benjamin, the strong and dominant side that just swoops in and take control of the situation. She wants to escape her own worries and fears. The tape keeps on haunting her though and it messes up her ability to enjoy her own body. Benjamin encourages her to reclaim her sexuality and consequently Harper bombards him to be her mentor.

As Harper explores her sexuality together with Benjamin, the two of them stumble upon dd/lg, they are both curious about connecting with someone in that way. Benjamin however has convinced himself that Harper is doing all this because she's addicted to attention and now with her social media channels down, she uses him to get her fix. He is beginning to develop very real feelings for Harper but he doesn't allow himself to act on it, so he starts distancing himself from Harper.

Because of his stand-offish attitude Harper thinks Benjamin doesn't like her either. Still the emotional pull between them is just too strong, and they keep on gravitating back to one another.
