Breema isn't about believing in the philosophy of unity. It's about doing what we need to do to actually see things in unity. You may discover an inner resonance with what you read in this book. It is difficult to communicate what Breema is in words. But this simple statement comes close: Breema is the way of Self-understanding. Self-understanding means Being-understanding, which requires self-verification and self-initiation into the truth.
