Brett Allen was born into a family of private detectives, and at an early age he found himself coerced into performing devious tasks for his elders and participating in their clandestine activities. As an adult he eventually opens a private investigation company and continues his ancestral legacy.

Bound to his responsibilities as a family man living in suburbia, Allen ignores his ethical misgivings and accepts a lucrative undercover assignment from the owners of a world-famous strip club, unwittingly immersing himself in a dangerous counterculture.
