For Women by Women is a collection of some of the blessings that I have received at various times in my life but always at times when I needed them most of all.
Quotes, quips, poems and songs by Women that made particular sense to me. Similar ideals and feelings that were experienced by other women and spoke to me so much so that I was sure that the author had written them especially for me so that I could read them at the exact moment that I needed them.
These are Women who have distinguished themselves for courage, creativity, persistence and vision. Well-loved or notorious, they have all made their own mark on history and on my life.
These blessed readings first became the pages of my own Gratitude Journal but as I approached a milestone in my life (60) I realized that these blessings were to be shared and so the pages of my journal became the work you are holding in your hand.
Love is in every page. Let their words fill your hearts, minds and spirits. Take from it what you need and when you have been blessed, pass it on.
