Khonza Motha, a young attractive and very successful businessman, finds love in Zimile Mlambo who is studying Medicine at Wits University. Khonza has just divorced his wife Zukiswa who makes it her mission to disrupt the couple's new love by any means possible. Khonza finds his girlfriend irresistible. A car accident almost kills Zimile while her mother is killed instantly. Discovering that Zimile is pregnant with his child throws Khonza's head into a spin because his ex wife Zukiswa had made him believe that he can't father any children. He does not score points regarding his responsibility as a husband and a prospective father. It seems as if he has anger issues buried beneath the charming surface. Zimile reaches breaking point and disappears while heavily pregnant with their first baby but somehow Khonza tracks her down to her cottage on the south coast of Kwazulu-natal. It is here that their future could be defined.
