Fueling Operation and Journey Management System

Instruction is effective to the degree that it succeeds in changing students in desired directions and not in undesired directions.

If instruction doesn't change anyone, it has no effect, no power. If it changes a student in undesired, rather than in desired directions (that is if it has unwanted side effects, such as squashing motivation), it isn't called effective; instead, it is called poor, undesirable, or even harmful instruction.

Instruction is successful, or effective, to the degree that it accomplishes what it sets out to accomplish.

Some couple of years ago, I facilitated Training Class on Fueling Operation Management with the staff of some of the leading Car Rental and Hire Companies in Nigeria; and from my session with these companies' operational staff, I discovered a huge knowledge gap. Hence, why I decided to develop this material for any interested person who wants to be intentional about building his or her knowledge on "Fueling Operation Management" (FOM) coupled with my newly introduced "Smooth Journey Management Package" (SJMP).

This book starts by outlining various sections in fleet operation with intentional focus on Car Rental and Hire Services. The book then described what fueling operation is all about with clear cut understanding of all its technical terms with business applicable examples.

In addition to this and with my newly introduced "Smooth Journey Management Package" (SJMP), the reader would be exposed to the core bond between effective fueling operation and journey management system.

This book with all its expository knowledge about fueling operation and journey management system would not only by all standards provide a framework for only fleet management professionals to operate profitably but would in equivalent be an added advantage for all transport graduating students from colleges and universities to learn because the knowledge of this book is beyond theoretical facts.

Upon successful completion of studying this book, the reader would be able to demonstrate a variety of knowledge and experience to effectively manage the fueling operation and journey management of commercial vehicle fleets at different levels.
