I also talk about what is extremely bad for our health, such as sugar, plastic, and so on. We need to know how each food affects our body and how much to eat. Eating healthy is not enough. We also need to understand how to save energy. We are continuously thinking, most of the time, nonsense. So we drain up our strength. That's why we need to practice meditation and mindfulness. In general, eating and drinking shouldn't be our concern at all, but unfortunately, it is today for most of us. As one great Greek philosopher Socrates once said: "Worthless people live only to eat and drink; people of worth eat and drink only to live."
