Originally born in England, Gertrude Page later moved to Rhodesia after getting married and produced many books, several of which featuring stories about life in Africa, with the books becoming quite popular in the day due to interest into day to day life in the further flung parts of the world.
While only a few of Gertrude's books have been made available online, it has been a goal of this publisher to locate other books that they may also be made available, both to new readers and new generations. These are three of the eighteen books she released in her lifetime, many of them popular, some of them being made into stage-shows and even movies.
