Some say Diane Fischer died too soon. Others say she didn't die soon enough. Ten residents of the Palm Valley Resort receive free transportation, lodging, and admission tickets to Disneyland.
It's confusing until Diane Fischer boards the return trip to Surprise, Arizona taking her aunt's place who went for heart surgery. Oddly enough, each of the ten passengers have some history with Miss Fischer. The young woman has in her resume jail and prison time, extortion, fraudulent schemes, assault, possession of dangerous drugs, and a history of prostition.Nine passengers are worried what may come out,. One passenger determines to see that their history with this girl never comes out. During the course of mopping after a business accident, it is discovered that Diane has been murered. Now it is up to Surprise Police Lieutenant William Woolery who is nearing retirement and to Detective Sergemt Ortiz, a screw-up rookie, to solve the case before the killer strikes again.
