God's Rest For Tired Christians

God's Rest For Tired Christians is a personal journey from self-deliverance and personally won righteousness to surrendering to God and His gift of Grace. Once Christians come to God and are saved, a life of struggle truly begins. We take what we know of the world ways and apply it to God's way of living. We try to earn God's approval by our own good works. We do good deeds thinking we can qualify for His love and right standing. I was one such person. It took me many years and countless personal defeats against temptation and sin to finally give up the quest to ever win God's love and right standing. Until one day God's love and righteousness was opened up to me through the truth in scripture. And as a result. the battle against temptation and sin was overcome by the personal surrender and acceptance of The Father's free gift of love, acceptance and righteousness.

It is my hope that through this short 12 page book many other Christians who are struggling to work and earn their right standing and acceptance of God will find that same rest for themselves. The rest that comes from surrendering our own efforts to please God and just bathe in His love, approval and righteousness just as imperfect as we are
