Kelly Brown has noticed some odd behavior in one of her students, little Casey Jones. When she calls in the little girl's parents to discuss the matter she's shocked and dismayed to discover that her mother has abandoned her and her father is overwhelmed and still trying to deal with his grief and betrayal.
Desperate to help, Kelly offers her services as a nanny and reluctantly David Jones agrees. It isn't long though before both realize they're attracted to the other but don't know what to do about it.
