Meeryle, a blooming chubby cook, and her friend Leena, an apprentice-Healer, never knew how strange and interesting life could be until they met a dragon. Much to their surprise, the creature is not a ferocious carnivore, but a gentle giant caring for a particular aspect of their world, the forest. However, mistrust of anything not human puts the life of the dragon and the forest in which they live in danger.
That would be more than enough, but Meeryle is also unknowingly hiding a huge secret from everyone, including Leena, that will put their friendship in peril. Can they overcome their own differences and save their dragon friend without losing everything?
