(note: these two definitions are often used interchangeably) Life is hard for a goblin trying to survive in the human-infested lands of Ahnzian and Zabbak the Runt has it harder than most, but when he is captured by vigilantes and sold into slavery to a kindly farmer his luck begins to change. Taught by the farmer to work hard and respect the land, Zabbak begins a journey on a path of enlightenment and for the first time experiences happiness. When the forces of chaos eventually threaten to take that happiness away, the little goblin fights back with a brutal vengeance and embarks on a quest that may lead him straight into the history books.
