After running away and attempting suicide, Zoran hides his fear behind a mask of anger
His foster parents thought they would be able to navigate the emotions brought on by the death of Zoran's father, but when faced with the full depth of his pain, the Nouvels must decide if they are able to provide the care he needs. Zoran may never be able to let go of the feelings and memories that control him, and the Nouvels may never be able to convince him there's still hope. If Zoran would stop running away, he might see that the home he always wanted is waiting for him with open hands.
