After apprehending the money man who caters to cartels, Hazard and the team discover a connection to the Alzate Cartel and their leader Angel. The lead takes them to Bogota, Colombia, one of the roughest cities in South America where he comes up against US Attorney Leigh Waterford, a difficult, beautiful, and determined lawyer.
