Philosophical Paper Number 2 (Part II)

Following on from the content of the first and introductory Part I of the above Philosophical Paper, new and exciting (though some may say more worrying) photographic evidence has emerged.

This was due to the inevitability of considering if ground, garden and low sky obscure objects or living and flying 'things' travelling fast and so fast they are invisible mostly to the naked eye, then why not examine the sky at higher levels.

There is an irony that so many sophisticated telescopes and listening devices, including radar, are employed by scientists, individuals and no doubt Government sponsored organisations to search the skies too, that an ordinary individual may find success with their own cameras either digital camera, or former traditional small cameras.

I phrased ' Government-backed' specifically, as one presumes that at the top levels, many establishments probably already know and/or have seen the same type of photographs available to many ordinary citizens, but we are told any such 'interests' are often transferred to third party civilian corporations who are, presently at least, not subject to formal requests for information as a Government Office would be. Freedom of Information, quite a term in and of itself.

This Part II of the Philosophical Paper addresses images, photographs and new such evidence which has materialised in the same way as was Part I i.e. via ordinary camera/smart phone camera which captured great edifying detail on ad hoc, and daily basis.
