This book is an attempt to share the many changes that my husband and I have made over a 15 year period. You will find out about our menu choices,our drain cleaners, our shopping lists, our resources, our cooking ideas as well as anti-aging foods, recipes, inflammation, varicose veins, bee stings, castor oil packs, fiber, protein, time management, the elimination method, creating boundaries, plastics, artichokes, nutritional yeast, poop, chia, quinoa and so much more. The impetus for this book is that so many people have asked us, "How did you start doing all of this?" Hopefully that question will be answered. For those of you who don't know us, you will be intimately familiar with us. You will have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner with us as well as gone to the bathroom with us!
