Under ordinary circumstances, a young wife getting pregnant isn't a problem. But Casey and Taylor are not living under ordinary circumstances anymore. The government has passed a law forbidding couples to have a baby unless they have been granted a permit from the Department of Homeland Security. Rather than risk prison and lose their child to a foster home, Casey and Taylor make their escape to a remote location in the mountains.
