This book deals with entities like body, intellect, heart, emotions, ego, conscience, conscious mind, subconscious mind and soul, though the primary focus is on body and intellect. Human beings have four important planes. The first one is the physical plane which deals with physical affairs. The second one is the mental plane which deals with intellect, learning and other likewise things.
The third one is the emotional plane which deals with feelings and emotions. The fourth plane is the astral plane which deals with conscience and through it; it deals with entities having higher or much higher consciences.

Different people may possess different strengths related to all these planes and this is what makes each one of us unique in our own ways. This book deals with the working of physical and mental plane. It explains a number of facts related to these planes. For instance, your physical beauty or shape is decided by your desires and karmas. Likewise, the quantum of intellect you possess is also decided by your conscious and subconscious desires.
