Heaven's Echo

Thousands of years ago, the city of Atlantis went from a land of obedience and peace to a set of islands at war. Each Atlantean possessed a unique gift that allowed some to fly, some to build, and some to control the elements. But when the people of Atlantis turned against their creator, their abilities were taken, and nearly all were killed.

A few years from now, humans face extinction themselves, battling against poverty, obesity, and war. With a new, more horrific natural disaster around each corner, and terrorist threats escalating, the few that fight for a better tomorrow are being outweighed by the apathetic, the indecent, and the weak.

But not all is lost as the last surviving Atlantean begins a chain reaction of events that set the human race on a very different course. And when over two-hundred thousand humans across the globe suddenly inherit special abilities like the Atlanteans once had, it's up to a group of them to save the world from the same threat that wiped out Atlantis.

This is the first chapter of a series that will feature over two-hundred and fifty new characters, each with their own stake in either saving or destroying the world.
