I have spent way too many years doubting, fighting, beating myself up, getting beat up, being put down, and feeling defeated! I don't know about you, but a lot of times, I feel like a hot mess! I don't always feel pretty, I don't always feel strong, I don't always feel smart, I don't always feel loved, but what I do feel, however, is that I will make it through another day if God is willing. I've learned throughout the years that even though we are not promised tomorrow, we shouldn't let today destroy us. So, here it goes. I'm about to do probably one of the hardest things I have done to datetell my story from my perspective of hurts, pain, depression, anxiety, anger and also of love, overcoming, strength, and faith. Forgive me if what you're looking for is the book with lots of "Christianese," I'm afraid you will not find that here. You may, however, find a bit of cursing, sarcasm, confusion, frustration, sadness, happiness, blessings and other emotions I can't think of.I'm just a woman that has been through much in life, learned a few lessons along the way, and have much more to learn
