The protagonist was a typical playboy with some money who was bent on enjoying life as fully as he could. As the story goes, he was getting tired of the pleasures life had offered to him. He was looking for something exotic, unusual to revitalize his dampened life. One day, he found it in the form of his secret crush from his younger years. His old feelings were rekindled. He was more than willing to do everything to please her and to get her. But his old fantasies didn't materialize as much as he wanted. In fact, she was a married woman. And she had loyalty to her husband even though he had been in prison. So at every critical moment, she escapes from our hero. Of course, our leading character had another lover. But he had completely lost interest in her. She was a stone or lumber to him. Only his old crush could excite him. To finally bring the matter to an end, he decided to go to a faraway beach with her. There, he was going to settle things once and for all. She continued to tantalize him, but she wasn't going to fully surrender to his passion. Extremely frustrated, our hero decided to jump himself down from the bridge. But even this attempt at preserving his pride failed. He luckily or unluckily survived the accident. Nevertheless, he still cared for his old secret lover until she told him she needed to go to her husband. Would he become totally disillusioned or transcend all his misfortunes and tragedies?
