Holding Heaven, based on a true story, reveals the enduring nature of two people, though separated by a thousand miles, to find love that endures all. After a divorce leaves Charlene bankrupt and living in a trailer on a mountain in Pennsylvania: with no electric, heat or water, she decides she needs to find a way out. Though finding a new husband would be ideal, she realizes she can not settle for just anyone. It is a comical adventure as she stumbles her way through dating and falling hopelessly in love with a man a thousand miles away.
