Dr. James E. Moffett Sr. and wife, Frances L. Moffett, have interacted with brides and grooms since 1991. James's education includes a BS in science education, an MS in contract and acquisition management, a year of information systems training with the Boeing Company, and a doctorate in organizational leadership.

Frances Moffett holds an AA in sociology and a BA in psychology: family studies, marriage and family, and group counseling.
