The world is what you think it is.
You are the center of your reality.

In reality, you are the center of your own universe.

We all walk through this world with a certain attitude.

It is this attitude that will determine the kind of experience you have in the world.

If you think that everyone around you is out to hurt your character, judge you, look down on you, etc., that is precisely what you will receive.

Your mind is the mirror.

Whatever your predominant thoughts are, they will be reflected back to you by the universe we inhabit.

When you believe you are.

So if you go about believing that you are appreciated, revered, loved and cherished, you know what?

The world will start to see you that way.

This type of mindset takes time to form because of the patterns in your mind that you have developed over the years. It will take time to change it.

However, it is possible to change it.

The most important thing is to believe in the idea that it is doable.

If you realize that your beliefs are wrong, but you believe that it is possible to change, then you are on the right track.

Energy flows where attention goes.
The concept is simple, but effective.

People are prone to obsess about things that have happened in the past, or might happen in the near future.

They spend most of their day thinking about these issues.

Not only do they think about these issues, but they tell everyone around them about them.

What you think about will determine your reality.

So if you focus on negative things, you will have a majority of negative experiences in your day.

For example, you have experienced an unpleasant breakup and you only think about your ex and the bad experiences of the past relationship.

In sales, the same thing happens: people engage in a sales conversation and experience a negative experience, and then quit because they are unable to forget that unpleasant phone call.

In fitness, someone may have a painful experience working with an instructor at the gym, and then quit because all they can think about is their one bad experience.

Live in the Now.
It's helpful to look to the future or the past to plan and learn from past mistakes.

But don't live there.

The capacity you possess as a human being is to live in the moment.

Static energy is a thing of the past.

Dynamic energy is present the moment you take these words in your mouth.

Right now it is up to you to make a difference in your life.

You can also choose to accept the present or the future and stay in the present.

A few brief trips into the past and the future are nice However, don't stay there.

Step out of the static energy fields and embrace today ...... and then create the conditions to create the conditions for change.

There will be a day when you will die, however, don't slouch on your knees like an insignificant person.

Take a step forward and move forward.

Stop being distracted.

Enjoy your part in the game of life by being in the present moment.

There comes a time when we stop thinking and start doing.

That's when we put fear out of our mind and start doing what you would like to do.

Stand up.
