A partner who desires "discipline", how not to be embarrassed by fetishes, how to use fancy clothes as a sexual stimulant.
Enough professional counselors answer such questions - if not with psychiatric and moral concern, at least without going into details - when clients have the courage to ask them. Doctors may not be sufficiently aware of your needs from their sexual experience, and none of them may have an adequate understanding of the scope and variety of human sexual behavior. I would have loved to read such a recipe book when i was a medical student.
